I am not clear what you want to know based on your question. Your cleanroom is not sterile. You cant’ sterility test your room. You are working in an environment with an acceptable low level of contamination and using tryptic soy agar will allow you to test the air and surfaces for the presence of microorganisms. If you want to sterility test a CSP, you will use two different media. A number of articles have been written on this subject and can be found on the CriticalPoint website under resources, Pearls or in Pharmacy, Purchasing and Products Magazine, http://www.pppmag.com. Hope this helps.
